You had the idea.
I built it.
Here's the deal.

I built a postnatal recovery program — movement, food, and mental health. Clinically correct, written simply, free to use.

I need you to use it first and tell me honestly what works and what doesn't.

Everything this earns splits three ways. Equally.

Maddy
You go first. You shape everything after this.
John
Built it. Runs it. Keeps building it.
Homeless girls
Every dollar. A third goes to young women and girls without a home.

This is a real plan. Not just the app — a plan that could mean you stay home with your baby, hire help when you need it, and build something that helps hundreds of girls. Maybe thousands. That part is up to how far you want to take it.

Your story is yours. You share none of it, some of it, or all of it — whenever you're ready, if ever. But the women who need to hear it will find it when you do.

We get a solicitor to write the split down properly. You have my word before the paper. You'll have the paper too.

Pick one.

Let's go.
Welcome in, Maddy.

Here's what
happens now.

You're 8 weeks postpartum. You start in Phase 2. Sessions are 15–30 minutes. Do what you can. Tell me what you skip and why — that's as useful as the sessions you do.

When the exercise pictures are done, I need your eyes on them. Not as a physio. As a mum at 3am. If something looks wrong to you, it's wrong.

The solicitor gets the split in writing. One third yours, one third mine, one third goes to the girls. From day one — not when it gets big.

The app builds as you use it. Every piece of feedback you give makes it better for the next mum. That's how this works. That's how we get to hundreds of girls helped. Then thousands.

If anything in this program doesn't feel right in your body — stop. Tell me. We fix it before it goes near anyone else.

Good answer.
Honestly.

Go do the exercises. See how your body feels. Come back when you're ready.

The program starts at Phase 2 — 8 weeks postpartum is exactly where it's designed to begin. 15–30 minutes. At your pace.

The deal will be the same when you come back. Nothing changes.

When you're done — and you're feeling it — come back and hit "I'm in."

I'll be here.

The one third for homeless girls is locked in regardless of when you decide. That part isn't conditional on anything.
That's okay.
No hard feelings.

You know where I am.

If you ever want to use the program just for yourself — no deal, no split, no expectation — it's here. Free. Always.

You had the idea that started this. That matters regardless of what you decide.

Phase 2.
Week one.

Today: pelvic floor exercises. 10 reps. Takes 4 minutes. That's it for day one.

Tomorrow: add a 20-minute walk.

The full program is loading. It builds week by week based on how you're going. Nothing gets added before you're ready for it.

Send me a message when you've done today. Even just "done." That's the check-in.

8 weeks postpartum. You're already further along than you think. The hard part was the last 8 weeks. This is where it starts going the other way.
